a series of drawings and paintings that explore my Buddhist faith, and a documentation of the microcosm of Vietnamese culture that is seen in Buddhist temples. Narrowing in on surrealistic landscapes and imagery, figures blend in motion to talk about impermanence and realms beyond the physical world.emulating the memories and cultural stories i've been told, the focus is to re-center the narrative around cause and effect, karma and reincarnation.
